- Ensure personal information is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
- Access only the data necessary to fulfill their educational or administrative role.
Monitoring and Enforcement
The institution reserves the right to monitor nForma usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. Actions may include:
- Auditing Access: Monitoring login records and user activities.
- Investigating Violations: Reviewing alleged breaches of this Policy.
- Enforcing Sanctions: Applying penalties for breaches, including warnings, suspension of access, or other disciplinary actions.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
